1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to this website and the hiring of services from Viridian Global. By browsing the site, requesting a quote or hiring any service, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree to the conditions below.

If you disagree with any point, do not use the site and do not hire the services.

3. Services offered

Viridian Global is a digital product company. Its activity covers:

• Development and sale of its own SaaS web applications, by subscription or one-time purchase;
• Development and sale of its own info-apps and digital products, including members area, content delivery and support;
• Operation of paid media campaigns for the distribution of those products;
• Complementary fronts, offered case by case: mentoring and training, funnels and automation, and growth consulting.

4. Contracting, pricing and payment

An engagement is formalized once the commercial proposal is accepted and payment is confirmed. Amounts are stated in Brazilian reais (BRL) and may be charged as a one-off or on a recurring basis, as set out in the proposal.

• Payments are processed by third-party financial institutions and payment providers; Viridian Global does not store full credit card data.
• Recurring services are billed per cycle (monthly unless stated otherwise) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• In case of non-payment, services may be suspended until the situation is regularized, with prior notice.
• Invoices are issued under CNPJ 65.607.430/0001-11.

5. Deadlines and delivery

Agreed deadlines assume that the client provides the required access, information and approvals in good time. Delays caused by missing items suspend the deadline count at no cost to Viridian Global.

6. Client obligations

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information;
• Keep ad accounts, domains and tools under its own ownership, granting delegated access where needed;
• Remain responsible for the content, offers and commercial promises of its own business, including compliance with the legislation applicable to its sector;
• Pay media investment and third-party tool subscriptions directly, these are not included in the fees unless expressly agreed;
• Not use the services for unlawful or misleading activities, or in breach of advertising platform policies.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, text, visual identity, logo, layout and materials, belongs to Viridian Global and is protected by intellectual property law.

Educational materials (lessons, recordings, spreadsheets, templates and documents) are licensed for the individual, non-transferable use of the client. Reproduction, resale, access sharing or distribution, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorization. Breach may result in immediate cancellation of access, with no refund, in addition to applicable legal measures.

Deliverables produced specifically for the client (campaigns, pages, copy and structures) become freely usable by the client once the corresponding amounts have been paid.

8. No guarantee of results

The services are an obligation of means, not of result. Viridian Global does not guarantee revenue, number of sales, return on investment, ranking or any specific metric, as performance depends on factors outside its exclusive control, offer, market, competition, available budget, the client's capacity to deliver and platform policies.

No content on this site should be read as an income promise, investment advice or financial, accounting or legal counsel.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, Viridian Global's liability for losses and damages related to the services is limited to the amount effectively paid by the client in the 3 (three) months preceding the triggering event.

Viridian Global is not liable for unavailability, policy changes, blocks or suspensions applied by third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, native ad networks and payment providers), nor for decisions made by the client outside the recorded recommendations.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Rules on cancellation, the right of withdrawal and the return of amounts are detailed in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy, drafted in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the services or in legislation. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top. Ongoing engagements remain under the conditions accepted at the time of hiring.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
